- This is a market survey to identify sources capable of providing the following list of ADB/Siemens semi flush lighting equipment replacement fixtures and associated equipment to support the FAA Logistics Center depot spares. Currently, the only known source is ADB Safegate Americas, Columbus, OH. (The OEM part number is listed.) ALSF Approach Light Fixtures o44A6148-1000 (clear) o44A6148-2000 (green) o44A6148-3000 (red) ALSF Top Cover Assemblies o44A6151/10 (clear) o44A6151/20 (green) o44A6151/30 (red) MALSR Approach Light Fixtures o44A6440-2000 (clear) o44A6440-1000 (green) MALSR Top Cover Assemblies o44A6151/21 (clear) o44A6151/11 (green) Cordset 31 73A0133/31 Isolation transformers o34C0087 (300W) o35C0096 (MALSR green) o35C0095 (MALSR clear) Lamps o2990.40.900 (105W) o48A0386 (62W) The ADB/Siemens semi flush in-pavement fixtures are baselined NAS lighting equipment. Similar to other lighting systems manufactured by other vendors, the specific equipment in each system is unique to that manufacturer. Only parts designed by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or to the OEMs specifications will work in the original application. The responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting proposals at this time. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor s expense. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses and 8(a) certified firms, capable of providing the preventive maintenance and repair support. This market survey is also being conducted in order to obtain the information necessary to determine whether adequate competition exists to set-aside the competition among small businesses, service-disabled veteran owned small businesses or 8(a) certified firms. Interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov). In order to make this determination the FAA requires the following from interested vendors: 1. Capability Statement - This document should identify: - - Capability of providing OEM or equivalent parts / items. - - Number of years in business 2. Proof of SAM registration (screen shot of Entity Overview page) All responses to this market survey must be received by Wednesday, August 15, 2018, 2:00 CT (Oklahoma Time).
