Description

The contractor shall provide all tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary correct issues with the OEC Uroview 2800. The Contractor shall provide the parts and installation of items listed in section 5.4. The device to be repaired is located at the Alexandria VA Health Care System Medical Center, 2495 Shreveport Hwy 71, Pineville, Louisiana 71306. Service and repair tasks shall be in accordance with the procedures recommended by the respective Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The contractor shall provide copies of all field service work orders related to the equipment listed in section 5.3. All replacement parts will be equivalent to new OEM parts. No reconditioned or remanufactured parts are acceptable unless they meet or exceed OEM s specifications for reconditioning. This is a 100% SDVOSB set aside. Issue date 8/8/2018 All responses are due 8/20/2018, 3PM CST. All responses are to be sent to joseph.warren@va.gov
