Description
MAF-R Performance Work Statement WD - Minot WD Malmstrom WD FE Warren MAF Refueler RFP The following combined synopsis/solicitation is for the AFGSC Missile Alert Facilities -Refueler Maintenance Services (MAF-R) required to maintain 16 MAF refueling systems located at three (3) northern tier bases. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, tools, materials and other items necessary to perform regular periodic inspection and maintenance, and emergency repair for 16 Missile Field Refuelers (MAF-Rs) at and within the vicinity of Malmstrom Air Force Base (AFB), F.E. Warren AFB, and Minot AFB as listed in Appendix C herein. Work shall comply with commercial standards for maintenance and repair of these units as well as all commercial, federal, state, and local requirements that may apply. Contract personnel will perform full preventive maintenance inspection (FPMI) and repair in accordance with equipment manufacturer's specifications/recommendations, industry standards, and Air Force Technical Orders. Contractor shall respond to service calls 7 days each week and will respond to emergency calls as needed. Contractor will perform periodic inspections, and be responsible for repair and replacement of all worn or failed components and parts. Replacement parts and interface shall be fully compatible with existing systems. The contractor shall establish and perform preventive maintenance and (PMI) IAW T.O. 37A-1-101 and local manufacturers guidance to ensure reliable and continuous safe operation. Contractor shall also ensure fuel systems meet manufacturer maintenance performance specifications. Contractor shall provide trained mechanics and inspectors for all fuel systems maintenance. A certified inspection report and checklist shall be provided to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) within 10 days of inspection. This is a full and open competition. Please reference the attached PWS and Wage Determination documents when completing your proposal. Please read through the entire solicitation prior to asking questions. There is no incumbent contractor. Work is currently being performed by Government personnel.
