The purpose of this amendment is to remove metal shelving. Brand name is Modumax Model or equal brand. In addition, are attached pictures and drawings. Closing date extended to August 10, 2018 @ 12:00pm. The Modumax systems have several part # s because they are built to the space. Sample part # s include: KIT-D1-MM-KIT4a KIT-D1-MM-KIT3a KIT-D1-MM-KIT2a KIT-D1-MM-KITA/ST/WIDE-SS KIT-D1-MM-KITA/ADD/WIDE-SS Common Nomenclature (commercial description): This shelving shall be designed to store sterile products to support Operating room operations. The Brand name is Modumax or equal brand. The shelving shall accommodate both the size and configuration of the rooms as indicated in the drawings. An illustration (pictures) and drawings of room dimensions---Operating Rooms 1 and 2 is provided. Surgical Suture Storage will be able to hold the products. All shelving shall be appropriate for storing sterile wrapped or containerized product that is designed to reduce or eliminate any issues with package compromise.
