- Description: PROJECT: REPAIR/REPLACE VARIOUS ROOFS PROJECT LOCATION: NPS Facility, DELAWARE WATER GAP NRA Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area is located in the counties of Pike and Monroe in Pennsylvania, and the counties of Sussex and Warren in New Jersey. All of the locations are within Pike and Monroe Counties, (Lehman, Delaware, and Dingmans Townships) Pennsylvania within the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, as displayed on attached maps. Contractor shall make repairs to identified roofs and install new roofs on identified structures, along with repairs and/or replacements of flashing, gutters and downspouts on the structures as identified, and repair identified miscellaneous structure damages. SET-ASIDE TYPE: This is a competitive total small business set-aside acquisition limited to small business firms. All responsible sources may submit an offer for consideration in accordance with these and other terms and conditions of the anticipated solicitation. NAICS CODE: 238160 Roofing Contractors with a small business size standard of $15M. MAGNITUDE: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the project magnitude is estimated to be between $200,000 and $250,000. DURATION: The contract performance period is expected to be 60 calendar days from notice to proceed. SITE VISIT: See FAR 52.236-27 for additional information. BONDS: Required as stated in Block 12. Payment and Performance bonds in the amount of 100% of contract award amount. WAGE RATES: Davis Bacon wage rates apply and are included as part of this solicitation package. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): The successful offeror must be registered in SAM and have current online Representations and Certifications. Please access http://www.sam.gov to update your records prior to submitting final offer. INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING OFFER: Refer to Section L and M. The contractor agrees that they will follow the specifications provided. Offer may be provided electronically or direct to contracting office. A detailed breakdown of the offeror's proposal price (e.g., labor, materials, profit, overhead, and other pricing elements) may be requested by the Contracting Officer during the evaluation and pre-award process to support a fair market value award. The contractor is encouraged to be proactive and prepare details for submission when preparing lump sum offer information.
