- Please note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals, the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 2 is currently conducting a market survey for qualified firms capable of providing Clinical Information System and Anesthesia Record Keeper (CIS ARK) medical workstations. The Buffalo VA Medical Center (VAMC) requires sixteen (16) mounting systems for CIS ARK medical all-in-one workstations. Eight wall mount systems are needed for Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) workstations and eight anesthesia cart mount systems are needed for Anesthesia. The proposed mounting systems units shall meet the following Buffalo VA Medical Center technical requirements: Technical Requirements for quantity eight (8) PACU mounting systems: The proposed mounting systems for PACU shall be wall mount systems. The mounting systems shall be able to be anchored to a hospital wall. The proposed mounting systems shall be able to support more than 30 lb. The maximum support weight should be disclosed (and may be used as an evaluation factor). All-in-one computer workstations shall be able to be mounted to the proposed mounting system (via VESA mounting). The proposed mounting systems shall be adjustable in both vertical and horizontal directions. The proposed mounting systems shall be adjustable in terms of horizontal and vertical tension (relating to how much force is required to adjust the mounting position by end users). The proposed mounting systems shall be able to connect to a standard GCX wall channel. The Buffalo VAMC PACU already has GCX wall channels installed and thus the proposed units must be able to safely and securely attach to them. The proposed mounting systems shall have attachable, adjustable keyboard trays, mouse trays, and work surfaces. The proposed mounting systems should include VESA mounting hardware (VESA back plate and mounting screws). The proposed mounting systems shall include all other necessary mounting hardware. Technical Requirements for quantity eight (8) Anesthesia cart mounting systems: The proposed mounting systems for Anesthesia shall be anesthesia cart mounting systems. The mounting systems need to have the capability of being safely attached to Draeger Apollo anesthesia machines while holding a load of at least 30 lb. The mounting systems shall have been verified (by the Original Equipment Manufacturer) to not be a tip hazard when mounted to Draeger Apollo anesthesia machines. The mounting systems shall be able to be mounted on either the left or right side of a Draeger Apollo anesthesia machine. The proposed mounting systems shall be able to support more than 30 lb. The maximum support weight should be disclosed (and may be used as an evaluation factor). All-in-one computer workstations shall be able to be mounted to the proposed mounting system (via VESA mounting). The proposed mounting systems shall be adjustable in both vertical and horizontal directions. The proposed mounting systems shall be adjustable in terms of horizontal and vertical tension (relating to how much force is required to adjust the mounting position by end users). Facility Addresses: Buffalo VA Medical Center 3495 Bailey Avenue Buffalo, New York 14215 The vendor gaining award shall meet the following terms and conditions: Cleaning and disinfecting protocols for the proposed mounting systems shall be provided. A list of acceptable cleaning and disinfecting chemistries shall be included along with the quotes. A listing of all recalls, safety alerts, and field engineering notices pertaining to the proposed mounting systems over the past 24 months shall be provided along with the quotes. Vendor shall provide standard warranty details pertaining to the proposed mounting systems, and shall be included in the response to this request for information. The vendor gaining award shall coordinate deliver of the proposed mounting system with the Contracting Officer, the Contract Specialist, and the Contracting Officer s Representative. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 541519. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Responses to this notice should include company/individual name, a service capability statement, examples of similar facilities for which you have provided services to, DUNS number, address, point of contact and social-economic category (ex: SBVOSB, VOSB, 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, EDWOSB, Small Business).
