- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:Sharonville City:OH Delineated Area:North: Crescentville Road & Fields Ertel Road South: Glendale-Milford Road/Pfeiffer Road East: Deerfield Road West: Princeton Pike Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):30,160 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):31,668 Space Type:Flex Surface Parking Spaces (Total):5 Parking Spaces (Reserved):N/A Full Term:15 years Firm Term:10 years Additional Requirements: •Subleases are not acceptable. •Space must be contiguous on one single-story floor. •A loading dock is required that is capable of accommodating deliveries from cars/vans and at least (1) 18-wheel delivery truck. •No high EMF sources shall be located within the immediate vicinity. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Any submission received without documentation of ownership and/or written authorization to represent the owner(s) will not be considered until such time the documentation has been received which also must be submitted prior to the Expression of Interest Due Date.
