solicitation statement of work command ball cap photots Specification: Color:Coyote Brown Material:Superior Cotton Twill Type:6 Panel low profile Logo:Embroidered QTY: 1,600 All hats shall have the MARMC logo embroidered and "MID-ATLANTIC" and "RMC" verbiage embroidered as shown below on the front of the hat. In addition, all hats shall have the American Flag embroidered on the back of the hat with the slogan "WE FIX SHIPS!" embroidered underneath. Delivery Date: 2-3 weeks after receipt of order. Delivery Address: Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) Attn: CMDCM Tim Bailey 9727 Avionic Loop, LF-28 Front Office, Norfolk, VA 23511 System for Award Management (SAM). Quoters must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award. All quotes must be submitted via Microsoft or PDF and must include price(s) and the manufacturing time, FOB point, a point of contact, name and phone number, business size, and payment terms. Each response must clearly indicate the capability of the quoter to meet all specifications and requirement. Response to this request for quote (RFQ) is due 10 AM (East Coast) on Tuesday August 14, 2018 RFQ shall be emailed to kelly.reusser@navy.mil
