Description

The following is a Sources Sought/Request for Information notice. This posted notice is not a Pre- Solicitation or Solicitation document. The government is not currently soliciting bids, quotes or proposals at this time; however, reserves the right to do so at a later date. The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, University Drive Campus, Pittsburgh, PA 15240 has a future BRAND NAME OR EQUAL requirement for an electric scissor lift. The brand name item provided for reference is the SkyJack SJIII 3226. Equivalent products will be considered, however, the following features are absolutely required in any equivalent product: Overall unit width of no more than 32 inches Stowed height (with rails down) of no more than 70 ½ inches Solid rubber, non-marking tires Total unit weight less than 5,000 lbs These features are required to ensure the unit can be maneuvered thru the existing doorways and onto the elevators within the University Drive facility. ALL INTERESTED PARTIES MUST ALSO HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) DATABASE. TO REGISTER, PLEASE VISIT WWW.SAM.GOV.
