The Philadelphia VA Medical Center intends to issue a construction contract. The project requires Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Contractor to provide all labor, transportation, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform the installation of a self-imaging HVAC system on the fourth floor of building #21 at the Philadelphia PA VAMC. The full solicitation will be posted by August 3, 2018 and will include the entire Scope of Work.
