Description
Solicitation Documents: The solicitation will be issued as a Commercial Item/Request for Quote (RFQ) requiring both price and technical proposals responding to evaluation criteria described in the solicitation. Documents will only be available electronically to download from this website on or about August 2, 2018. Description: Rental and installation of modular office building. The Contractor shall provide on a monthly rental basis one (1) Modular Office Trailer to the USFS Almanor Ranger Station in Chester, California with the following characteristics or an approved equal from the Contractors in-fleet modular office units that substantially meets the following characteristics: 1. Modular office trailer with skirting - approximately 1,750 - 2,200 sf min, double-wide, triple-wide, or multiple individual single-wide units, designed to accommodate a total of 12 people 2. Two (2) Private Offices (100 sf min each) with a minimum of 2 work stations in each office 3. One (1) Training/Conference Room (300 sf min) 4. One (1) ADA Restroom 5. Open office space for 16 work stations 6. Energy Star HVAC System 7. Design Roof Snow load - 100 psf min 8. Cable ready with phone and data ports for 20 work stations 9. Two (2) sets of stairs and one (1) ADA ramp at exterior doors per unit 10. Aluminum or wood siding 11. Meet all technical requirements as outlined below The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, transportation, and equipment necessary to deliver, set-up, and install one (1) weathertight modular office trailer with skirting at the USFS Almanor Ranger Station in Chester, California, complete and ready for use at a location determined by the COR, preferably in the location of the existing modular office rental unit after it is removed from the site. Rental Time: 12 Month Base w/4 option years Estimated Start Date: October 1, 2018 Set-Aside: This project is 100% set aside for Small Business. Response Location: Offers will be accepted at the Northern California Acquisition Service Area, Redding Office, located within the Shasta-Trinity National Forest Headquarters at 3644 Avtech Parkway, Redding, CA 96002 NO LATER than time and date indicated on solicitation. SAM REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS: Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. SAM.gov registration is FREE! There is NO FEE to register or maintain their SAM.gov registration. Vendors do have the ability to use the services at their local Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC).
