- Floor Plan for Facility DRAFT Scope of Work Pictures of Facility This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or request for quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain the following information: (1) The availability and capability of qualified small business sources; (2) Whether or not this requirement is suitable for a small business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for the proposed acquisition 238210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, Size standard of $15,000,000.00. Requirement Description: On behalf of the 99th Regional Support Command (RSC) the U. S. Army Contracting Jersey (ACC-NJ) has a requirement to Install Three Phase 250V Circuit and Receptacles at Parkersburg (WV046) located at 4603 Camden Avenue, Parkersburg, WV 26101-1295. The magnitude for this construction requirement is below $25,000.00. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract as a result of the solicitation to be issued. The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, technical support, supervision and transportation to accomplish all work in accordance with the DRAFT Scope of Work (SOW). All repairs outlined in the DRAFT SOW shall be performed. Review attached DRAFT Scope of Work for additional requirements. No solicitation document exists at this time. Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Government to procure these services or to issue a solicitation. In addition, the Government is under no obligation to pay for information submitted in response to this notice and responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers. Submittal Request: (1) Name of Company; Company Address; Point of Contact, with Name, Phone Number, Email Address, NAICS Code, DUNS Number, CAGE Code, and Socio-Economic Size Status (Large/Small Business/HubZone/8(a)/Woman Owned Small Business/etc.). (2) Contractor acknowledges a clear understanding of all tasks specified in the DRAFT SOW. (3) Confirms full capabilities of completing the required work specified in the DRAFT SOW. (4) What percentage of the work is your company able to complete, without subcontracting? (5) Capability Statement detailing previous related construction work (Not to Exceed 2 Pages). (6) Response via e-mail message is acceptable, please ensure items 1 through 5 are addressed and emailed to james.w.bond2@civ.mail.mil.
