This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Naval Special Warfare (NSW) has a requirement for repair, maintenance and upgrade of its 11 Meter Rigid Inflatable Boats (11M RIBs) located aboard Naval Amphibious Base (NAB) Coronado, California. This acquisition is being conducted as Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 336612, and the small business size standard is 1000 employees. The Government intends to award a five (5) year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract that permits issuance of Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) Task Orders.
