- Questions and Answers Solicitation: 140F0718Q0038 EA Comm Workshop Planning Facilitation Questions and Answers: 1.Location of the Workshop will be held at the External Affairs Regional Office. Is this correct? The workshop will be held in Anchorage, Alaska either at the USFWS Regional Office or another location (government or other location that is free of charge) 2.What is the duration (hours per day) of the workshop? This will determine if we should include food/beverage (breakfast and lunch). 8 hours per day with time for a lunch break (participants will purchase or bring own lunch) 3.How many attendees are anticipated per day? This will help us ensure the venue has the capacity to accommodate all attendees. We could also suggest other nearby venues if necessary. Estimated number of participants 25-35 4.Are travel arrangements and lodging to be prepared as part of the solicitation? USFWS workshop participants will arrange for their own travel arrangements and lodging. If the applicant/contractor wishes to bring in speakers/panelists from outside of Anchorage they should include costs for travel and lodging in their estimate. 5.Will we have complete access to organize all audio visual requirements or is this included as part of the venue? The USFWS Regional Office has audio-visual options, but other locations may require the applicant/contractor to bring in their own projectors or other equipment. 6.Has a list of stakeholders been identified for the workshop or is that the consultant ¿s responsibility to identify? The USFWS workshop team and the consultant will identify stakeholders together as part of pre-planning process 7.Could you confirm that the Consult will be in charge of sending out the invitations and that the location for your workshop and all logistics will be taken care of by your agency? The consultant is not responsible for sending out invitations. The location of the workshop will be identified by the USFWS workshop team. 8.Do we need to come over there for the meeting? The consultant should be present at the workshop.
