Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, requires a contractor to provide material, labor, and equipment to inspect the Deaerator and Condensate Return Tanks at the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, 4646 John R., Detroit, MI 48201. Solicitation Number 36C25018Q9549 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and is set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Concerns. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220 (size standard $15.0 Million). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-101, effective July 20, 2018.
