Description

Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility intends to award a sole source contract under the authority 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) request the services for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) contractor to modify the following Diesel Generator Black Start System (BSS) components in order to support the BSS redesign intended by Alteration and Installation (A&I) V-0083: Main Unit, Quantity 2; Power Supply, Quantity2; Enunciator, Quantity 1; Power Supply cable assemblies, Quantity 2. The anticipated period of performance (POP) is 30 August 2018 to 21 December 2018 Interested parties/potential offers may submit a written capability statement. Telephonic responses are not allowed. Written questions and/or comments are welcome. All responses must be received by the stated response date and time. This is not a request for proposals and contract will not be awarded in response to any written capability statements, questions, or comments received. Compensation will not be paid for any costs related to the preparation or submission of responses.
