Description
Updated Description: "A PL4 security certified cross-domain commercial off the shelf software system, authorized to browse down and write down from Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) to StoneGhost, Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet,) US BICES, Centrix-K, Korea-CF. Must work with a cross-domain federated search capability that leverages DIA's Multi Domain Dissemination System (MDDS) browse down service. Must be able to show proof in writing that system is on the current United Cross Domain Services Management Office (UCDSMO) Baseline list of approved solutions. Must provide full active local and regional load balance and full active local and regional fail over. Must be Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) enabled. Scalable to 300,000 users worldwide. Requires high availability and 100% uptime. Must provide deep content inspection, dirty word searching, white lists, black lists, firewalling on multiple levels, and full separation of network levels; provide full inspection of encrypted channels and supporting all HTTP methods. System is to have its cross domain products on the current UCDSMO Baseline list. Software system must in a ready to use state with minimal engineering modifications to be acceptable." Clarified as follows: A PL4 security-certified, cross-domain, commercial off the shelf software system on the current United Cross Domain Services Management Office (UCDSMO) Baseline list of approved solutions. The COTS Software System: A. Must provide: - 1. Full active local and regional load balance - 2. Full active local and regional fail over - 3. Deep content inspections - 4. Dirty word searching - 5. White lists - 6. Black lists - 7. Firewalling on multiple levels - 8. Full separation of network levels - 9. Full inspections of encrypted channels and support all HTTP methods B. Must be: - 1. Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) enabled - 2. Scalable to 300,000 users worldwide and deliver high availability -- 100% up time - 3. In a ready-to-use state and require minimal engineering modifications - 4. Authorized to browse-down and write-down from Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) to: - a. StoneGhost - b. Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) - c. US BICES - d. Centrix-K - e. Korea-CF C. Must: - 1. Work with a cross-domain, federated search capability that leverages DIA's Multi- Domain Dissemination System (MDDS) browse-down service - 2. Certify in writing that its cross domain products are on the current UCDSMO baseline list
