- Item: Grip Assembly Controller. NSN: 1290-01-428-2547. MIL P/N 12283113-3. Competitive w/purchased parts. FOB: Destination. 5-Year Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. Guaranteed Minimum Quantity of 33 each over the life of the contract; Estimated Maximum Quantity of 690 over the life of the contract. Higher Level Contract Quality System Requirement applies to this requirement: QMS Requirements: ISO 9001:2015 (21 Oct 2015) or equivalent. First Article Testing (FAT) applies to this requirement. The solicitation will contain DLAD provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction, which allows for the use of a reverse auction as a pricing technique. After the solicitation closes, the contracting officer will determine if a reverse auction will be held. If a reverse auction is held, contractors must be registered in the reverse auction system in order to participate in the auction. Additionally, the contractor representative participating in the auction must have taken the on-line reverse auction training prior to the auction. Registration, on-line training, and other information regarding the reverse auction can be found at https://dla.procurexinc.com. Any questions related to the reverse auction system or process can be directed to dla.detroit.tacom.mbx.land-wrn-reverse-auction@mail.mil. The solicitation will be released to the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website on or about AUG 15, 2018; the offer due date will be on or about SEP 17, 2018 (see solicitation for actual offer due date). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which will be considered by the agency.
