Description

Naval Air Warfare Systems, Orlando Training Systems Division intends to competitively solicit a Minotaur Crewman Simulator Student Station for the Coast Guard HC-130J Aircraft. The contract period of performance 210 days with 4 deliverables during the period of performance. The anticipated value for this contract is $150,000. This will be a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 334111. A DRAFT copy of the Statement of Work is attached for the benefit of the contractor during its review. Please note that this is just a draft. A solicitation will be posted providing final documentation. The contractor will propose a design and, once approved by the Government, shall fabricate and finish parts, procure related COTS equipment, assemble, integrate and deliver the physical components of the Minotaur Crewman Simulator Student Station as a prototype. The prototype will be evaluated for at least 30 days and a report forwarded to the contractor for changes which are anticipated to be minor. The government will perform the software development, integration, test and delivery of the completed MS-ORT system to the Coast Guard. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any information must be received prior to 15 August 2018.
