Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Technology Acquisition Center, located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, New Jersey 07724 hereby issues solicitation 36C10B18Q3049, as a total set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, for the lease of seven brand name or equivalent, medium duty multifunction printers with large format printing and extensive finishing capabilities; as well as one large format 36-inch size plotter. The period of performance shall be one 12-month base period, with four 12-month option periods, if exercised. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System code for this effort is 423430 with a corresponding small business size standard of 250 employees. Quotes are due no later than August 7, 2018 at 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time in accordance with the response instructions of the attached solicitation.
