- Drawing of Dewatering Pump Statement of Work- Rehabilitate/Rebuild of Dewatering Pumps This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes (offers) are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 6923G517Q0099 is issued as a request for quotation. This requirement is a Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. The applicable NAICS code is 333914 and the size standard is 750 employees. This project is to rehabilitate /rebuild to "like new condition" two (2) 1000 GPM Fairbanks-Morse vertical turbine, 2 stage pumps Model No. 6922 and the two (2) 10 HP Fairbanks-Morse motors. Bid Line Items: The offeror shall provide pricing for the following line items: Item No. Schedule of Supplies/Services Quantity Unit Unit Price Total 001 In accordance with the attached Statement of Work; rehabilitate/rebuild to "like new condition" two (2) 1000 GPM Fairbanks-Morse vertical turbine, 2 stage pump Model No. 6922 and two (2) 10 HP Fairbanks-Morse motors, Frame 2KV 1256P. For the Job Lump Sum $________ $________ 002 Optional requirement: Provide a one (1) year warranty on Contractor's work consecutive to the initial one (1) year warranty required as per the Statement of Work. 1 Ea. $________ $________ 003 Optional requirement: Provide a two (2) year warranty on Contractor's work consecutive to the initial one (1) year warranty required as per the Statement of Work. 1 Ea. $________ $________ TOTAL $________ Offeror Instructions: 1. Offeror must quote on Item 001 and may quote on optional Item 002 OR optional Item 003 OR both. 2. SLSDC may choose to award optional Item 002 OR optional Item 003 OR neither. 3. Quotes must remain valid for sixty (60) days on all line items. 4. Offeror shall submit three (3) references regarding past performance of similar jobs/tasks from within the last 5 years Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Past performance will be evaluated same as price. The Government will evaluate quotes for award purposes by individually adding the total price for the options (Item No. 002 and Item No. 003) to the total price for the basic requirement (basic requirement is Item No. 001). Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous (best value) to the SLSDC based on price and past performance. Offerors are required to include a completed copy of FAR provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer if they have not completed their certifications and representations on the System for Award Management (SAM) website at www.sam.gov. This clause has been provided in full text as an attachment. Price must include all transportation costs to pick up and return the dewatering pumps and motors. The Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation(SLSDC) will provide an adequate crane and competent riggers for loading and unloading the equipment on SLSDC property. The transportation carrier will be responsible stowing and securing the load. Further detail is outlined in Statement of Work (Attachments). All equipment will be shipped from and received at the SLSDC's Maintenance Facility located at 251 Fregoe Rd Massena, NY 13362. Items can be shipped and received Monday through Thursday between the hours of 7:30am and 3:00pm (EST).
