Scope of Work (SOW) Encl (3) Dept. Of Labor Wage Determination (REFERENCE ONLY) Encl (2) SAM REGISTRATION (REFERENCE ONLY) TE- 4th Floor TE- 3rd Floor TE- 2nd Floor TE-1st Floor ADDENDUM SF 1449 The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, material, transportation, and supervision to remove & dispose of Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) and other related/associated material as described in the Scope of Work (SOW) and Technical Exhibits. The scope of the project consist of removing approximately 2,459 SF of ACM from rooms C1275,C1281, D2207, D2275, D3206, D3240, D4240, C4254, & C4283 in Chase Hall 1st,2nd,3rd & 4th floors, C & D Annexes located at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, 15 Mohegan Ave. New London, CT 06320. All work must be done as specified in attached SOW & TEs. SITE VISIT: The USCG Academy recommends that all vendors interested in submitting a quote shall perform a site visit.
