Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs VAMC White River Junction, intends to Solicit for Zeiss IOL Master 700 and IT 1060 Table for the Manchester VA Medical Center, 718 Smyth Road, Manchester, NH 03104-7007 on a sole source basis from Ziess or its authorized dealers. The VA Medical Center requires the following Surgical Equipment: Zeiss IOL Master 700 1 EA IT1060 Table 1 EA Any interested parties who can identify their capabilities and interest and respond to the requirement, furnishing detailed data concerning their capabilities to provide the product should email Mary.Bosch@va.gov. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements must provide written notification to the Contracting Officer by August 6, 2018 at 2:00 pm EST. Information should be sent to Kathy Bosch, Contracting Officer at Mary.Bosch@va.gov. All questions concerning this requirement must be in writing and submitted via email to Mary.Bosch@va.gov.
