- U.S. GOVERNMENT Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to least the following space: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS State: Montana City: Hamilton Delineated Area: Start at the point of beginning; Bitterroot River crossing Highway 93, go southeast to Riverside Cutoff, Go East to Old Corvallis Road, Go South to Fairgrounds Road, Fairgrounds Road to State Road 269, Go South to Big Coral Road, go South to Golf Course Road, go West to Grantsdale Road, So South to Lewis Lane, go west to Highway 93, go North to Grove Street, go West to South 4th Avenue, go North to Baker Street, go West to South 5th Avenue, go North to Desta Street, go West to South 8th Street, go North to Ravalli Street, go West to South 9th Street, go North to West Main Street, go West to the Bitterroot River, Go North along the Bitterroot River back to the place of beginning. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,200 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,375 Space Type: Clinical Parking Spaces Total: 6 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: None Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A full serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies clinical space in a building under lease in Hamilton, Montana that has expired. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
