- Requirements for Electrical Installations Raceways and Boxes for Comms Comms Structured Cabling PDCA Standards Wage Determination Gypsum Construction Handbook GSA Green Construction Policy Design Intent Drawings Solicitation The General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing a SOLICITATION NOTICE for a Request for Quotation (RFQ) firm fixed price construction contract for tenant improvements. See attached Statement of Work and attachments for details. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Businesses under NAICS 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction (Size Standard $36.5 Million). The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. All work under this contract will be performed at the Eugene Federal Building, VA Annex, 211 E 7th Ave, Eugene, OR 97401. A Site Visit is scheduled for August 7, 2018 at 10:00 AM Pacific Time. Offerors are expected and encouraged to attend the Site Visit. Please send your firm's notice to attend the Site Visit to both stephen.anderson@gsa.gov AND matt.chaison@gsa.gov at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled Site Visit. Note: Offerors attending the site visit shall meet GSA Project Manager Steve Anderson in the main lobby of the Eugene Federal Building. Public parking is available on the eastern side of the facility, across the street. Steve Anderson can be reached by cell phone at 503-308-2493. The date for issuing the solicitation is July 27, 2018 and receipt of proposals is August 21, 2018 at 3:00 PM Pacific Time and completing contract performance 105 calendar days after notice to proceed issuance. The technical exhibits will be available for inspection without charge thru the Federal Business Opportunity (FedBizOpps) at www.fbo.gov. No paper copies of this solicitation are available. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to all documents. Interested parties must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to receive a Government contract award. Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must also be current to qualify to receive an award.
