PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Project #637-18-176S Install Side Entrance Automatic Sliding Doo The Department of Veterans Affairs, Asheville, NC has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, material, supplies, equipment, transportation, permits, license and qualified supervision for Project 637-18-176S Install Side Entrance Automatic Sliding Door for the Charles George Department of VA Medical Center (VAMC), 1100 Tunnel Road, Asheville NC 28805. Estimated construction magnitude is less than $25,000. NAICS CODE: 238290 Size Standard: $15.0 Million The Scope of Work will include, but not be limited to: Removing existing doors. Furnish and install 120 x10 Automatic Sliding Bi-Part Door with Recessed Push Bars and Electronic Door lock. This solicitation is anticipated to be a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Solicitation material will be available on/about July 27, 2018. Any specifications, drawings and amendments will be posted on this web site. Proposals will be due approximately 21 days after issuance of the solicitation. Location and points of contact for site visits will be identified in the solicitation. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for proposals. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. No other information is available until issuance of the solicitation. No bidders list is maintained.
