Description

Single Source Justification The Government intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order for a PowerLab 8/35 Data Acquisition System & LabChart Pro for the 59th Clinical Research Division, Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center, Joint Base San Antonio - Lackland AFB, 78236. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334516 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing which has a Small Business Size Standard of 1,000 employees. This document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC). Number 2005-101, effective 20 Jul 2018. This solicitation is issued as sole source. Offeror is to provide a quote for the requirement listed below. Quotes shall include a unit and a total price for the following schedule listed below. Offerors that do not submit pricing for all items will be onsidered nonresponsive to this solicitation and withdrawn from consideration for award.
