- DRAFT SOW-Mid-Career Fellowships The U.S. Department of Commerce is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for Mid-career technology fellows for the U.S. Department of Commerce. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform all or part of these contract services, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, size and type of ownership for the organization, and the contact information for a point of contact within the organization; 2) The specific services or business objectives to which your potential capacity applies; 3) Your responses to the requested information questions; and 4) Any other of your organization's capabilities specific of this effort, with appropriate documentation. The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to provide services consistent in scope and scale with those described in this notice and otherwise anticipated. BASED ON MARKET RESEARCH AND THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE, ALL OR PART OF THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION, and multiple awards MAY be made. The Government may have follow-up conversations with respondents to this Sources Sought Notice. Requested Information: Interested companies should include in their response answers to the following market research questions/requests: a. How is your organization uniquely qualified to fulfill the Statement of Work? b. How would you coordinate housing needs for fellows/interns in a program such as this? c. How can the Statement of Work be improved? d. What, if any, procurement strategies do you suggest for this need/requirement? e. Provide past performance information on government or commercial contract/agreement of similar size, scope and complexity based on services and deliverables provided on past or current requirements. Indicate the dates of every contract/agreement. Submission Instructions Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the services identified in this Sources Sought Notice are invited to submit a response by emailing a response electronically to Stesnie Ridley at SRidley@doc.gov by 10:00 AM EST on 3 August 2018.
