- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number: F6T3DC8179AW01 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101, 20 JUL 2018 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) change notice 20180629.
