Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to least the following space: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS State: Montana City: Browning Delineated Area: Start at the place of beginning; Starr School Road and Flat Iron Road. Go east on Starr School Road to Duck Lake Road continuing on to south Highway 2 to 7th Ave SW. Go west on 7th Ave SW to 1st Street NE continuing onto South Piegan Street. Go south on Piegan Street continuing onto Rodeo Drive continuing onto Little Boy Road to SW Boundary Street. Go north on SW Boundary Street to North Boundary Street. Go east on North Boundary Street to North Piegan Road. Go north on North Piegan Road continuing onto Flat Iron Road back to the place of beginning. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 500 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 694 Space Type: Clinical Parking Spaces Total: 4 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: None Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A full serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies clinical space in a building under lease in Browning, Montana that has expired. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
