- RFI USALearning Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) RFI HRS USALearning and Industry Day informaton This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) and NOTICE OF INDUSTRY DAY issued on behalf of the United States Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Human Resources Solution (HRS) and the Office of Procurement Operations (OPO). All interested businesses are encouraged to respond to this notice. OPM is interested in receiving industry feedback on the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) along with comments and recommendations on how to satisfy the requirements relating to USALearning® Services. OPM issued Sources Sought Notice OPM2617S0009 on 21 July 2017. In light of expanding and evolving learning needs of the Federal workforce OPM is reassessing the requirements and will host an Industry Day on 3 August 2018, from 10:00am - 11:00am (EST). A SOLICITATION IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. This RFI is in support of market research being conducted by the OPM. This is not a Request for Proposal (or solicitation) or an indication that a contractual commitment will exist for this requirement. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this market research. No funds will be reimbursed for the information solicited. OPO has attached to this RFI a draft PWS for reference. Comments and recommendations on the draft PWS are encouraged as part of this RFI. Please see the attached document(s) for the full RFI. All interested parties are invited to submit written responses to this RFI by 24 August 2018. OPM is hosting an Industry Day for this requirement for interested vendors on Friday, August 3, 2018, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM (EST). This Industry Day will be held at OPM Headquarters, 1900 E Street, NW, Washington, DC 20415. Walk-ins will not be permitted to attend. Registration is limited to two (2) representatives from each organization or firm. However, if the number of registrants exceeds the capacity of the selected government facility for the forum, it may be necessary to further limit registrants from each organization or firm to just one, in which case the organization will be notified. All expenses associated with attendance at the forum are the responsibility of the participant(s). Only the first 100 organizations or firms responding as instructed will be provided an opportunity to attend. Each attendee must bring a government issued identification containing a photograph to gain access to OPM's facilities. All participants must enter through the TRB E Street visitor entrance.
