Section M - Draft Evaluation Criteria Section L - Draft Instructions Attachment C - Resume Format Attachment B - Glossary Attachment A - Draft Historical Workload Section H - Draft LCAT Requirements Section C - Draft PWS Section B - Draft IDIQ Cost Tables RFI Response Template Draft Task Order 1 This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued for market research purposes only. PBGC intends to issue a single-award, multi-year IDIQ to a vendor for: • Benefit Administration, Document Management, and Records Management • Administrative Support and Document Intake • Database Building Support • Data Analytics, Process Improvement, Process Automation • Customer Contact Center • Enhanced Participant Locator As described in the attached draft Performance Work Statement. The proposed target date for award is in March of 2019. In an effort to develop a thorough solicitation, PBGC requests that interested vendors please review the attached draft documentation and provide any recommendations or feedback on ways to improve a potential solicitation. Interested vendors are asked to use the attached RFI response excel spreadsheet to provide inputs. Also, attached are instructions to participate in an Advisory Multi-Step (AMS) Process. The AMS process is conducted to allow potential prime contractors to submit qualifying documentation demonstrating corporate qualifications that will allow the Government to advise them about their potential to be viable competitors for the FOSS acquisition. Solicitations are not available at this time and requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, that the Government will take any procurement action in this matter. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by respondents or others in furnishing information in response to this RFI.
