- RFQ Schedule of Items Experience Questionnaire This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99. The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation can be found in full text format at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/ or www.acquisition.gov. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541511 Custom Computer Programming Services. Solicitation number 12034318Q0296 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide Mapping and Mobile GIS Systems Unlimited Technical Support for all USDA, Forest Service personnel. Capability support is for approximately 2000 cases per year. The awarded purchase order will be a firm fixed price. One award will be made to the Quoter whose quote, as determined by the Contracting Officer is most advantageous to the Government, considering but not limited to factors such as price, past performance and capability to accomplish this type of work. Performance Period will begin approximately September 1, 2018 through August 31, 2019. The FAR provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The FAR clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition. Prospective awardees Must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be awarded a Federal Contract. The following items will need to be submitted; 1. Schedule of Items, containing quoted amounts (attachment) 2. Experience Questionnaire (attachment) Quotes must be received by 3 August, 10:00 AM, MST, at the Lolo National Forest Supervisor's Office, Attn: Theresa Peterson, AQM, 24 Fort Missoula Rd., Missoula, MT. 59804.
