- Solicitation W912CM18Q0039 - Wheel Rim Crusher Solicitation W912CM18Q0039 is hereby issued. Quotes are due no later than 08:00 hours Central European Standard Time (CET) or 14:00 hours Eastern Standard Time (EST). Quotes shall be submitted to the email addresses specified on page 23 of the solicitaiton document in accordance with the standards outlined on pages 23-24 of the solicitation. If submitting a quote for an "Other Than Brand Name" item, the requirements of solicitaiton clause 52.211-6 (see page 25 of hte solicitation) must be met for that offer to be considered complete. A single award will be made to the responsible offeror that submits a technically acceptable offer and is the lowest price. All offers shall be in the English language.
