- Brand Name Justification RFQ M00146-18-Q-X085 Brand Name Anark Software Licenses and Support The Fleet Readiness Center (FRC) East, MCAS Cherry Point, NC has a requirement for various Brand Name ANARK Software Licenses and Support. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. Contractors interested in doing business with the government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and ensure their annual representations and certifications are current in SAM. Contractors must also be registered in the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) invoicing system at https://wawf.eb.mil/.
