Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 36C25818Q9615 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-97 effective 01/24/18. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339113 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. This posting is notification of a sole source award to Hill Rom Inc. Sole source justification attached. FOB destination, deliver all products to: New Mexico VA Health Care System, 1501 San Pedro Dr SE, Albuquerque, NM, 87108-5128. STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) 1. Contract Title. Raymond G. Murphy VA Medical Center (Albuquerque, NM) Request for thirteen Versacare Medical-Surgical Beds for the new Community Living Center (CLC) (Building 80) with Geriatrics & Extended Care Service (GEC). 2. Background. The procurement of thirteen Versacare Medical-Surgical Beds is necessary for new CLC to put in patient rooms. 3. Scope. The overall scope of work of thirteen Versa care Medical-Surgical Beds for new CLC. This item is necessary for patient rooms to enable high quality care by supporting patient safety, patient mobilization, and skin care. This unit will be provided for the new CLC (Building 80) at the Raymond G. Murphy VA Medical Center. 4. Specific Tasks.
