Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) AND NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS ARE AVAILABLE. The Orlando Veterans Affairs Medical Center (OVAMC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract for base plus four one year option periods to a single source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirements. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). OVAMC intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order to Johnson Controls for preventative maintenance and repair of the Building Automation System. Interested parties are encouraged to furnish information by email only with "RESPONSE TO INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Johnson Controls, in the subject line, and documents submitted will not be returned. Interested parties shall submit clear and convincing documentation demonstrating their capabilities to satisfy the requirements listed above to Contracting Officer, Joseph Boudreau by email at joseph.boudreau@va.gov no later than 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, 10 August 2018.
