Description
Amendment 0001- Notice of Intent to Solicit N32205-18-R-1000 Amendment 0001 - Notice of Intent to Solicit updated to reflect the correct posting dates of the solicitation. Notice of Intent to Solicit July 26, 2018 Military Sealift Command Norfolk, VA 23511 (MSC) intends to issue solicitation N32205-18-R-1000 for FY 2019. The solicitation is for Shipboard Automated Maintenance Management (SAMM) support. This requirement is required for shipboard personnel to document maintenance performed on MSC vessels and record daily machinery operational data. The system also provides a consistent maintenance plan for the MSC fleet. This procurement will provide global service support for Shipboard Automated Maintenance Management (SAMM) services. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside (100%). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541330 -Engineering Services. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this requirement is R425 - Engineering and Technical Services. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotes. FAR 52.217-8 - Option to Extend Services will be included in this procurement. It is expected that a solicitation will be made available through www.fbo.gov on or about August 2, 2018 with a possible closing date of September 9, 2018. The solicitation will be evaluated in accordance with FAR subpart 15.101-1 - Tradeoff Process, where non-price factors are more important than price.
