Description

Pre Registration / Base Access Information Form The Mission and Installation Contracting Command located at Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston (JBSA MICC FSH),TX is inviting all categories of small businesses to attend a 1-Day, No-Cost Outreach Event to be held on 23 August 2018 from 0730-1300 at the Military & Family Readiness (M&FR) Center located at 3060 Stanley Rd., Bldg. 2797 Fort Sam Houston, TX 78234. Large businesses are invited for Networking and Small Business Outreach purposes. Interested Industry attendees are required to pre-register no later than 8 August 2018 via the attached "Forecast Event Questionnaire" to Primary POC Renata Housley at renata.a.housley.civ@mail.mil. This information will be utilized to provide an all-inclusive list to request base access from the JBSA-Fort Sam Houston Visitor Center. Upon receipt of attendance confirmation a formal registration letter, agenda and base access instructions will be provided.
