- INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, SAO Central, Network Contracting Office 10, intends to enter into a sole source procurement for WaveMark RFID Cabinets for the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, 4646 John R Street, Detroit, MI 48201. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) Soliciting from A Single Source, the Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with WaveMark, Inc., 300 Baker Ave, Concord, MA 01742 for furnishing WaveMark cabinets, installation services, hardware/software licenses and maintenance, support services, and RFID tags. A determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
