- Authority to Advertise Letter THIS IS AN UNFUNDED REQUIREMENT THAT WILL RECEIVE FUNDS IN THE FUTURE The 11th Space Warning Squadron (11 SWS) Space-Based Infrared System (SBlRS) Mission Control Station (MCS) Desk Receptionist Service has a new requirement to provide administrative security support for the SBIRS MCS at the 11 SWS. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 28 March 2018 details the current duties being performed under FA2543-14-F-0002 and additional duties that are needed by the customer. This requirement includes a one-year base period and four (4) one-year option periods. This requirement will have a two (2) week phase - in period, (19 September 2018 to 3 October 2018) if needed, which will be executed prior to base period for successful transition of services.
