Description
The New York Army National Guard currently has a requirement 200 for the Recruiter Fast Track Planner Playbook (FTPP) or equal. The following are salient characteristics for this planner: The planner must support the following time period: 01 October 2018 through 30 September 2019. Quantity: 200 It must be an all-encompassing calendar and how to guide to assist our recruiters. The FTPP has built in reminders of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks to ensure they utilize effective time management as well as a tool for Supervisors to view their daily battle rhythm. This guide must be accordance with NGR 601-1, 6-15 Market Timing. The FTPP is designed to help focus recruiting efforts throughout the year. This includes quarterly market objectives along with primary, secondary, and tertiary market guidance when developing quarterly market objectives. The break down for each quarter focuses on Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Market. The FTPP explains "how to" while also outlining each step to take geared at recruiting high school seniors, college students and prior service. It provides a framework and the "how to" for targeted mailings, telemarketing activities, school presentations (Career Direction and/or G.E.A.R. Program), and Post-High School Planning Session participation. It outlines and times out precisely when to execute detailed tasks, to enhance success by college visits (to include the financial aid advisors). The FTPP explains how to do this and what the process is, and what strategies and methods to use to influence decisions to enlist. This planner has 14 Tabs planner indicating each month starting on 01 October 2018 through 30 September 2019. There are no requirements for specific logos that needs to be on planner. This requirement is a small business set aside. Interested vendors are requested the FTPP or an equal planner. Any substitutions must include a detailed template for the information provided within the planner and all specifications and formatting. This can be sent digitally to hemwatie.ramasami.civ@mail.mil All quotes must include a turn-around time for the delivery of this planner.
