- The US Army Corps of Engineers, Army Geospatial Center (AGC), is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) / Sources Sought to perform market research in order to determine the availability of firms which possess the capability to execute the requirements provided below. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the AGC is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. The information provided in the RFI is subject to change and does not bind the Government. AGC has not made a commitment to procure any of the products or services discussed, and the release of this RFI should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought. AGC will not pay for information or comments provided and will not recognize any costs associated with submission of comments. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned. Interested parties are requested to respond to this RFI with a capabilities statement with examples for work performed within the past three years directly related to requirements listed in Part 5, Paragraph 5.4 of the draft PWS "Remote Ground Terminal System Engineering and Information Assurance Services". Response shall be limited to 10 pages. Respondents shall list any relevant work by specific contract number to allow for review. Capability Statements shall include the following general information: a. Company name and address; b. Federal contracts point of contact information including name, phone number and email address; c. Summary description of the company; i. Core Capabilities; ii. Description of major services offered; iii. Federal Small Business Certifications; iv. Major Clients (list the most important), Commercial and Government; d. Partners and major subcontractors; e. General Company information, including: i. Registered company name; ii. DBA; iii. D-U-N-S Number; iv. CAGE Code RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 25 July 2018, 10:00 AM, Eastern. Proprietary information, if any, should be minimized and MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED. To aid the Government, please segregate proprietary information.
