- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice to install a new potable water well and pump connecting to onsite electrical and water lines with hydrants, for Conant Brook Dam, located at Wales Road, in Wales, MA. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Supply, deliver, and unload Drum Brush Chipper in accordance with specifications. This solicitation will be available on or about 8 August 2018. NO ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WILL BE AVAILALABLE UNTIL THE SOLICITATION IS RELEASED. This solicitation will be available for downloading by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov). In order to view this solicitation, prospective contractors are required to self register their firm with Federal Business Opportunities (Go to http://www.fbo.gov and "register now" under Vendor/Citizens). Amendments, if any, will be available at this Internet site. Registrants are responsible for the accuracy of the information on the registration list. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 237110 with a Small Business Size Standard of $36.5 Million. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the New England District.
