Attachment 5 SF24 Attachment 4 Bid Schedule Attachment 3 Wage Determination WI180011 07-20-2018 Attachment 2 Specifications Attachment 1 AT OPSEC Solicitation Solicitation Notice The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort McCoy, has a requirement to repair and install HVAC systems at Fort McCoy, WI. The solicitation for this requirement is issued as an Invitation for Bid using the procedures outlined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14. This requirement will be awarded as a firm fixed price type contract. The anticipated period of performance will be 03 September 2018 through 02 September 2019 as a base year, with two (2) twelve (12) month option years. The primary NAICS code for this procurement is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. This procurement is to be a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) set-aside. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Site visit information is included in the IFB.
