Description

Attachment 5 Attachment 4 SOW, Attachment 6 SOW, Attachment 5 SOW, Attachment 4 SOW, Attachment 3 SOW, Attachment 2 SOW, Attachment 1 Attachment 3 Attachment 2 Attachment 1 Solicitation This project includes, but is not limited to, the construction or reconstruction of the flooring and ceiling for B472 Club XL. Consisting of effectively and efficiently removing old carpeting, tiles, epoxy flooring, and ceiling tiles as well as cleaning and preparing area for complete installation of new carpeting, tiles, epoxy flooring, and ceiling tiles in Building 472 at Laughlin Air Force Base. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform all work required according to the drawings and specifications of the contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 236220. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of the solicitation. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to award. Registration may be accomplished at website, https://www.sam.gov. The magnitude of the requirement is between $100,000 and $250,000
