8CA3224 - Sole Source Ad GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT Project 8CA3224 Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition The U.S Government intends to award a superseding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Federal Bureau of Investigation that is located in Los Angeles International Airport at 1 World Way, Los Angeles, CA 90045. The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 5,359 ANSI/BOMA office area and 0 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located on airport property, all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. Minimum Sq. Ft (ABOA) 5,359 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA) 5,359 To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by 08/20/2018.
