Description

The services requested within the Statement of Work (attached) are for on-site maintenance agreements for Preventive Maintenance and Calibration Services of a Government owned asset located at Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW), which is located at NAS North Island in San Diego, CA, 92135. The Services are for one (1) Brown and Sharpe Precision Coordinate Measurement Machine, Model No. 122210, Serial No. 0607-6512. The period of performance for the requested services is the effective date of contract award for one year, and four one year option periods. The inclusion of option years in any resultant contract does not constitute a commitment by the Government to the Contractor. Included options will be exercised uni-laterally by the Government as required. Calibration must be performed to ISO 17025 or ANSI/NCSL Z540-I-1994 standards. The Government intends to award a services contract to HEXAGON METROLOGY, INC, as they are the OEM and only authorized source allowed to perform the services. Naval Air Systems Command letter (ser no. 6.7/15-014) attached.
