Description

1 THIS IS AN INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB) NOTICE. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Loma Linda VA Health Care System (LLVAHCS) has a requirement for removal and replacement of vinyl flooring. The intent of the procurement is to award a firm-fixed price construction contract competitive set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) only. The Statement of Work (SOW) defines the effort required for the completion of work. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit which is detailed on the first page of the solicitation. POC information is also included. The applicable NAICS code is 238330 Flooring contractors. Small Business manufacturers for this NAICS code have a size standard of $15M. The term of the contract is intended to be 30 calendar days after Notice to Proceed, with no options included. The anticipated Range of Magnitude for this project, in accordance with VAAR 836.204 is projected to be: Between $25,000 and $100,000. It is strongly recommended that interested parties register in the US Department of Veterans Affairs Vet Biz database and the Small Business Administration (SBA) database. Registration may be accomplished at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/ and www.sba.gov/, respectively. A firm must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Register via the SAM Internet site at https://www.sam.gov/. No state level certifications will be accepted. Statement of Work will be issued as an attachment to the solicitation. The Government will not reimburse the firm for their proposal preparation costs. NO ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE OTHER THAN WHAT IS NOTED HEREIN.
