Description

SECTION A - CONTRACT REQUIREMENT This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format specified in the Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This announcement constitutes the only publication; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Amarillo VA Health Care System requires Treatment Tables. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99-1, effective 07/16/2018. The solicitation number is 36C25718Q9499, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This acquisition is set-aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) in accordance with FAR 19. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 339113, with a small business size standard of 750 Employees. Delivery is required within ninety (90) days ARO (After Receipt of Order). The Non-Manufacturer Rule is waived (class waiver). This combined synopsis/solicitation is not to be construed as a commitment by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
